Agreement to terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you - either as an individual or on behalf of an entity (“you”) – and Narratiive Audience Measurement Pty Ltd. ("Narratiive", “we”, “us”, or “our”), on the access and use of PressPass, as well as any other media form, channel or application related to it (collectively, the “Service”).

Narratiive is registered in Australia, with registered office at Level 3, 4-10 Bank Place, Melbourne, Victoria VIC 3000. You agree that by using the Service, you have read, understood, and agree to all of these Terms and Conditions. In case of no agreement with any, some, or all items of these Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue the use of PressPass immediately.

The terms covered in this document will be reviewed from time to time in order to reflect new legal and technical requirements to meet industry standards. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make changes to these Terms and Conditions, keeping the “Last reviewed date” section located at the top of this page in line with the updates.

Failure to understand or enforce the aspects of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of its conditions.



Means the PressPass platform provided by Narratiive, along with all related materials to it for use as part of the Service.


Means individuals who are the end users of the Customer to engage the Service through web, app and other online applications of property from the Customer.

“Client”, “Customer”

Means organizations and corporations who contract the use of PressPass, who are bound by the clauses present on this Terms and Conditions, and for whom access the Service.

“Users Data”

Means all types of data submitted by users through PressPass.


Means a successful view of PressPass elements by the user.


Means interactions performed by the users with PressPass, within the Clients sites, applications and other online platforms.

Service provision

User representation

By using PressPass, you acknowledge and warrant that:

  1. all registration information submitted to be true and accurate
  2. you will maintain the information accurately and up to date when necessary
  3. you have legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions
  4. you will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

We have the right to terminate your Service use if the information provided is inaccurate, false, incomplete or misleading.

User registration

User registration might be required to use PressPass, with your responsibility remaining on topics such as:

  1. password confidentiality
  2. use of your account information
  3. username not to be considered obscene or inappropriate


You can cancel your access and subscription to the Service at any time through the below channels and processes:

Ownership & property rights

PressPass, along with its source code, databases, interactions, functions, designs, audios, images, videos and texts, trademarks, and its logos contained on the Service, are Narratiives’ property, protected by copyright and trademark laws, and various other property protection mechanisms.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” basis. No part of the Service and its elements may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, licensed, encoded or exploited without our express prior written permission.


Narratiive shall make the Service available to Customers upon the establishment of contracts, purchase orders or other formal documents of intention.


Client shall not modify, derive, reproduce, copy, sell, lease, rent, assign, transfer or subsidize the use of PressPass on behalf of third parties.

Client shall not reverse engineer or perform any other form of reverse assembly of PressPass and its elements, such as but not limited to: its source code, branding, user interface, designs and visual identity.

Client acknowledges that certain PressPass functionalities may include mechanisms to prevent use after the formally agreed between the parties, or use inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.

Fees & payment

Customer shall pay Narratiive for the respective agreed fees – physically or digitally signed – on contracts, purchase orders or other accepted formal documents contracting the Service, following payment terms established on the document.

Unless explicitly communicated within the contracting document terms, the agreed fees do not include taxes of any sorts – local, state, regional, federal or foreign – including withholding or value added taxes (VAT), remaining Customer’s responsibility to pay the respective taxes associated with the purchase of the Service.

All fees paid are non-refundable. In case Customer fails to pay due amounts under the conditions established within these Terms and Conditions, the right to charge interest is granted to Narratiive. Interest shall be calculated at the rate of 1% (one percent) per month of total due amount or at other rate in lieu with the maximum permitted by applicable law.


Under the clauses of this Terms and Conditions, parties may have access to Confidential Information: information deemed, identified, marked or reasonably establisher as confidential at the time of disclosure.

Narratiive Confidential Information

Included but not limited to in relation to the Service: source code, technology, technical specifications, documentations, frameworks, plugins, interfaces, pricing terms, collaterals and usage information.

Client Confidential Information

Included but not limited to in relation to the Service: User Data.

The receiving party agrees to apply reasonable resources to protect the disclosure of Confidential Information, in line with established Industry standards.


Public domain or publicly available information are exempt to the obligations of these Terms and Conditions on the cases of:

  1. being in lawful possession prior to disclosure to public
  2. becoming public not by omission practices of the receiving party
  3. being independently developed without the use of the Confidential Information received by the disclosing party
  4. the receiving party being required by the law to disclose it


Client agrees to defend and indemnify Narratiive and our affiliates from damages, liabilities, losses and claims made by third parties, under the breach PressPass terms of use, harmful practices and violation of rights.

We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.


We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy:

Narratiive tracks delivery and performance in order to provide the Service. Publisher agrees that its privacy policy will also disclose the collection, use and sharing of data collected from the Publisher websites, apps and other online platforms by the third parties with whom Publisher works, and shall include an opt-out mechanism that is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

User data

We will maintain certain data transmitted to PressPass for the purpose of managing the performance of the Service, as well as data relating to your use of the Service.

You agree that Narratiive shall have no liability for any loss or corruption of any such data pertaining the activity recorded in any of site, app or other online platforms owned by the Client, waiving any right of action against us.


Client agrees to serve as reference for Narratiive’s prospects by:

  1. approving the use or providing a logo to be used without alterations
  2. approve content or provide quotes related to PressPass

Use of reference content by Narratiive is for Marketing, Collaterals and or other Communication purposes such as case studies, testimonials or interviews.

Governing law & Dispute resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Australia. Narratiive Audience Measurement Pty Ltd. and yourself consent that the courts of Australia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

You agree to submit all disputes related to these Terms and Conditions to the jurisdiction of the Australia courts. Narratiive Audience Measurement Pty Ltd shall also maintain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you reside or the state of your principal place of business.

Term & Termination

These Terms and Conditions commence on the date of Customer first use of the Service and shall remain in full effect while you use PressPass, until the expiration date present in contract or the other acceptance documents outlined through these Terms and Conditions.

Automatic renewal of the Service can be applied upon the expiration date up to 1 (one) year, unless any of the parties provide notice of the non-renewal with at least 30 (thirty) days prior to the established end of term. Unless informed by Narratiive, price and payment conditions remain the same of current agreement in case of automatic renewal.

Narratiive reserves the right to suspend Customer access to PressPass in case of Terms and Conditions breach, until said breach is resolved.

In case of account termination, you are prohibited from creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party. We also reserve the right to take appropriate legal action in such a case.

Changes and Contact
