Managing Team Admins
Team admins have access to some team management options that are unavailable to regular team members.
Team admin permissions
- Invite team members
- Manage (promote or demote) other team admins
- Change subscription
- Manage billing
Promoting a team member to an admin
If you're a team admin, you can promote another team member to an admin.
- Visit the dashboard home page and log in if necessary.
- Select the icon representing your profile (the icon at the top right of the page).
- Select Settings.
- Select the Members card.
- Select the options menu for the member you want to promote to an admin. The options menu is represented by ellipses (...).
- Select Make admin.
The team member is immediately promoted to an admin.
ℹ️️ Keep in mind
- Only team admins can promote team members.
- Once you promote a team member, they have full management options. This includes the ability to demote you from an admin.
Demoting a team member from an admin
If you're a team admin, you can demote another team admin to a regular team member.
- Visit the dashboard home page and log in if necessary.
- Select the icon representing your profile (the icon at the top right of the page).
- Select Settings.
- Select the Members card.
- Select the options menu for the member you want to demote from an admin. The options menu is represented by ellipses (...).
- Select Make member.
The team member is immediately demoted to a regular team member.

- Only team admins can demote team members.
