Updating Your Billing Details

Team admins can update both the billing details (e.g. contact details) and payment methods used for their team's Narratiive subscription.

Updating billing details

  1. Visit the dashboard home page and log in if necessary.
  2. Select the icon representing your profile (the icon at the top right of the page).
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Select the Billing Detail card.
  5. Update the billing and contact details.
  6. Select Update.

The updated billing details will be reflected on future invoices.

Updating payment method

  1. Visit the dashboard home page and log in if necessary.
  2. Select the icon representing your profile (the icon at the top right of the page).
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Select the Payment Method card.
  5. To change the card in use, select Use Another Card.
  6. Update the card details.
  7. Select Update Card.

The new card details will be used for future renewals.

ℹ️ Keep in mind

  • Teams on Enterprise and other custom plans should contact their account manager to update their billing and payment details.
    • Please don't share credit card details via chat or email. If you need to update your credit card details we'll provide you a link where you can updates these privately and securely.
