A workspace is slide style presentation made up of one or more queries.

Workspaces may be private to you and a group of selected team members, or open to your whole team.

Creating a private workspace

You can create a private workspace that is only available to you and any team members who you choose to share it with.

  1. Visit the dashboard home page and log in if necessary.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the list of current private workspaces.
  3. Select the add option (the plus icon at the very bottom of the list of workspaces).
  4. Select a template to prefill the workspace with relevant queries.
  5. Fill out the template information, then select Go!.

You will be taken to the new workspace that is private to you.  

Creating a team workspace

You can create a team workspace that is available for any team members to discover and join.

  1. Visit the dashboard home page and log in if necessary.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the list of current team workspaces.
  3. Select the add option (the plus icon at the very bottom of the list of workspaces).
  4. Select a template to prefill the workspace with relevant queries.
  5. Fill out the template information, then select Go!.

You will be taken to the new workspace that is available to your team.  While you are the only member initially, your team members can discover and join the workspace from their dashboard.
